You can currently make your purchase in Spain.
For sales and shipping of products to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, you can consult the ordering procedure, delivery time and shipping costs by emailing tienda@ecologicosnaturak.com, indicating the products requested and the delivery address.
2. Prices

4. Delivery times and shipping methods
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. Orders will be processed on business days, until Friday at 3:00 PM.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
If you order a product that is not immediately available, it will be considered a pre-order and will be confirmed by pataentierra via email as soon as possible. 5. Shipping costs

6. Warranty

The return period is 15 calendar days from receipt of the shipment for return or exchange for another item.
Any product to be exchanged or returned must be at 90% of its original weight. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the price difference is higher, the refund will be issued according to the payment methods accepted in these terms and conditions. If the price difference between the two items is in the customer's favor, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to the account indicated or to the card used for the original payment.
