The moment you open it, you'll be greeted by that intense acorn aroma that makes your mouth water. When sliced, it reveals a deep red color with a distinctive marbling, the result of Iberian pigs that roam freely through the dehesa (pastureland) and are fed a diet of acorns and natural grasses.
After an elaborate artisanal process and a curing of more than 36 months in natural drying sheds and cellars, we bring this star product of Spanish gastronomy to your table.
