In its flesh we discover a bright red hue, a fine vein and a high percentage of oleic acid that helps maintain an adequate level of cholesterol in the blood, in addition to being rich in proteins, vitamin B1, iron, zinc, magnesium, folic acid and vitamin E (excellent antioxidant).
